*The Mayan Lunch is prepared by local hands with fresh and clean ingredients and includes the following: delicious fresh guacamole, hand-made tortillas for Tacos, Pollo Pibil (pulled chicken), Poc-Chuc (grilled pork), white rice, black beans, various vegetables to prepare your own salad, fresh fruits and hibiscus iced tea or fresh fruit water (Mexican ‘Aguas Frescas’). Observe closely and learn how they make soft-corn tortillas.
